50 Lao tourists visiting Phu Quoc to celebrate New Year
On the last two days on 2021, our Pearl island continued to welcome 50 Lao tourists. They ring in the New Year in Phu Quoc Island under the ongoing vaccine passport trial program.

210 tourists from Uzbekistan landed at Phu Quoc International Airport Saturday on a nine-day tour under the ongoing vaccine passport trial program. Phu Quoc will welcome the first private jet charter which carries 07 European tourists under vaccine passport program after nearly two years since Vietnam closed its borders and canceled all int’l flights due to the pandemic.
Only 3 days self- quarantine required for fully vaccinated arrivals – effective from 1 Jan, 2022
Shortening the quarantine period is a huge step down from the current policies of mandatory seven days of centralized quarantine and seven days of follow-up medical self-observation.
